Registrations

The registration fee for this event responds to costs that cannot be covered through the University of the Republic (given the insufficient budget it has) or by any other form of subsidy.

The criteria for establishing these costs attempts to reflect different types of inequality in the possibilities of economic contribution. We have taken as reference some common parameters in international events and local salary realities.

At the same time, it is worth clarifying that, since the Conference and Meeting is organized from a public university (without registration and free access), participation in the activities will not have any type of restriction, except for those that, due to their characteristics, have quota.
Proof will be given to all people who participate as proponents in any of the planned modalities and to those who register.

We appreciate your payment in advance. We understand it as a collaborative gesture in the realization of an event that seeks to prioritize encounters, collective production, friendship and joy, and that requires human and material efforts to make it possible.
 
Organizing Team

The rates are presented in American dollars (USD) for foreigners and in Uruguayan pesos for local participants.

Members of non-professional, popular, neighborhood social organizations whose participants such as stories are exempt from the registration cost. In the form you will find the option to select.

National registration payments must be paid to the treasury of the Faculty of Psychology, by bank transfer or in person at the Institution’s office.

Residents in Argentina: Based on the statements of the Consejo Directivo Central of the Universidad de la República, it is reported that residents of Argentina are exempt from paying registration fees. They must register using the form as planned. Read resolution of the Consejo Directivo Central on support actions here.
